Upper Body Reset: Neck & Shoulder Therapy (55 Minutes – $80)

This focused upper body treatment is designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and address discomfort in the neck and shoulders using advanced therapeutic techniques.

Your session begins differently than a traditional massage. Instead of starting face down, you’ll begin lying face up (supine). This allows for the application of Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, a specialized approach that incorporates gentle stretching, joint mobilization, and precise assessment of the neck and shoulder region.

These techniques help:

• Improve joint capsule mobility

• Reduce nerve impingement and restriction

• Identify areas of dysfunction for targeted treatment

This portion of the session is interactive, meaning your feedback is important. You’ll be guided to communicate what you feel during movements and stretches, allowing the treatment to be customized in real time for better results. This also supports continued clinical growth and precision in care as a licensed massage therapist.

After the assessment and mobilization phase, the session transitions into a therapeutic massage focused on the neck and shoulders, helping to:

• Release built-up tension

• Improve circulation

• Promote relaxation and pain relief

90-Minute Extended Rehabilitative Session $130

An expansive 90-minute treatment allowing for a full-body assessment and comprehensive work on multiple "trouble areas." The extended time allows for deeper myofascial release and a more thorough application of clinical techniques for long-term pain relief.

• Best for: Chronic pain management, athletes, or those experiencing full-body muscle fatigue.

Mobile Therapeutic Group Bookings

I  specialize in providing high-quality, professional bodywork for groups in residential or vacation settings. Each participant receives a customized treatment focused on their specific wellness goals, ensuring everyone in your party experiences the benefits of expert manual therapy.

• Available for: 60 or 90-minute blocks per individual.

Requirement: All participants must complete a professional health history and consent form prior to treatment.​
